What is the return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions

Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number. 

All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with the all tags intact.

Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.

Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly from TAJÉ after with the status of your request.

When will I get my order?

Delivery within Cairo takes up to 5 business days.
For other governorates, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
